I find my eating or how much is really variable. Some days or more than likely I only eat one main meal in the afternoon. I really never have breakfast, and lunch mostly on weekends only. But sometimes I just get the urge to eat, and then I can eat for two to three’s hrs. So what, how much and when is very individual.
I do not consume a lot of sugar, these days, love carbs, lean meat, and tasty sauces. Maybe 2 litres of soft drink a month, no sugar in drinks, or on cereal that I have as snacks, often with Greek yogurt. But do love my chocolate will eat 1 to 2 kg a month.
I do have gain shakes about once a month, very cream, custard, ice cream, chocolate and milk, as big calorie hits.
I eat fried food maybe twice a month.
But yes my portions are that of two to three average people meals, when I eat. And I drink a few litres of water with most meals.
Take outs burger every Saturday at lunch, two or three, or two double quarter pounder McDonald's meals, plus shakes and nuggets. Maybe two large pizzas on a Sunday night monthly.
But I still think fasting on some days is good, gives the system time to catch up. Makes you more likely to eat bigger meals on other days, if you body thinks it’s staving now and again.
